Nerve disorder that affects the facial nerves, specifically the trigeminal nerve; can be caused by a tumor, multiple sclerosis, or severe brain injury.

Symptoms - shooting pain, neurological pain in the face

Diagnosis - CT scan/MRI, trigeminal reflex testing

Treatment - treatment of underlying health problem, anti-seizure drugs, electrostimulation, NSAIDs, cutting the nerve to prevent nerve transmissions.
